Glorious Sandwich Herb Bread

This herb-infused bread is a tribute to Mediterranean flavors, with rosemary, basil, and thyme tucked into every bite. It’s the kind of loaf that turns a simple sandwich into something glorious, but it’s just as satisfying with a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt. Whether you're making it for a weekend brunch or to elevate your everyday lunch,

I used a 13x18-inch baking pan and cut the bread into six equal pieces. If you use a smaller pan, the bread will rise higher. Try baking it with this recipe and feel free to make adjustments. You can store leftover bread in a Ziploc bag in the freezer. Take it out the night before you plan to eat it. Let it thaw at room temperature and then toast it. I hope this helps! 😊
