Beef Bourguignon, the signature dish of the film Julie & Julia, became so meaningful for me after I watched the movie, like a recipe handed down from my grandmother, and the love and passion for cooking that I felt after watching the main character make the dish has stayed in my heart. After I got married, I tried this recipe in my own small kitchen. This recipe rekindles my passion for cooking and is the first thing I share with the people I love.
